Help. Decorative crop

I’ve been playing Anno117 for many hours now, and i really enjoy it. But i can’t seem to find a way to fill in my farmland, as i want to. Because of the limit, i usually always put in a few more crops, to even things out. But i can’t seem to add decorative crops, like in anno1800? Is this a bug? Or is there a specific way to do it, that i just haven’t noticed yet? Playing on PS5.
