Struggling with PK!!

Help!!!

I’m really struggling with PK. I got a 45% on my midterm and need a 71% on the final to pass the course.

My professor has pre-recorded lectures and problem sets (6 questions per set) that he tells us to do as practice and when I asked him for more questions, he strongly advised me to just keep working on those problems sets.

On the midterm, 50% of the questions were similar to the problem sets while the other 50% are from his lectures but in his lectures, he doesn’t give an example on how the formula is used. It’s more of a “If you need to find x, then use this formula”.

I did really well in undergrad for math based courses because I would do pages of practice problems but with this type of course layout, I’m really struggling.

Would really appreciate any advice on how I should approach the layout of this course, study methods,etc or if anybody has any resource they found helpful for PK. TIA
