Shes determined

She is absolutely determined that this won't be on her record. She keeps saying it won't be on there but, sorry to break your heart Tabitha, its on your record already of you being arrested and since you going to a Jury trial, if they find you guilty, then it will be on there still. You risked your whole life yesterday on a yes or no by 12 other people. That's sad cause I would be terrified to go to trial in front of 12 people and put my life in their hands. Whether you did it or not, you're risking it and could face even more punishment if found guilty.

PS, we know you guilty cause its on video. You dont have actual proof of anything that she has done to you for D punching you.
