Seriously Unpopular Opinions

For me. I think people are way too sensitive about spoilers. Knowing something happens has never lessened my enjoyment of seeing it. I know I'm weird for being like that but at the same time I really think people have let the concept of spoilers affect them more than it should. People have become so hyper focused on them they've made it worse. I can make a vague statement that means nothing to someone who doesn't have the necessary context and someone who does they will freak out and attack me for spoiling stuff. If anything is a spoiler it's automatically bad and the person who said it should be crucified! Context no longer matters and it should. To be clear I'm not defending people who try to ruin the enjoyment of others. But maybe next time you see someone saying something that you know is referencing future events, dont draw attention to it instead of calling them out cuz you're making a non-issue a giant issue!
