Transferring pensions (SIPPs)

Ive seen a lot of advertisements for transferring old pensions, like with PensionBee and others.

Many of them mention how easy it is to have old pensions transferred or even found, but that's just from the websites. For those who have transferred their pensions or found them, how easy was it?

Also how long did it take to have them transferred over?
