Are Proposal, Flower, Wolf and Far East Princess still mutually exclusive?

I ask because I got both in one run, which I was expecting. I talked to Eugenie to get Far East Princess and was content with waiting til NG+ to get the other one but I got it after killing that fake bastard.

I thought you got one for telling the truth and the other for lying. Did that change?? Just curious bc online it still says you have to do ng+ to get one or the other. Was this a glitch or did things change? To clarify this was not a ng+ run, as I had restarted entirely since I hadn’t played for a while + was finally doing the dlc. I’m doing my first ng+ run atm and was checking my records to see what I had missed and remembered this.
