November is here and tax credit and loopholes gone...

Now that the federal tax credit, October loopholes, and Costco discount are gone, what can I expect walking into a dealership? I see Kia and Hyundai have lowered their cost/throwing in a $7500-$10,000 discount to get cars of the lot (they have a large inventory sitting on lots). From what I can tell, GM is not doing this? Other than a conquest discount which I believe was available previously.
