Need Some Guidance

I moved up to the 5mg two weeks ago (had done 8 shots of 2.5mg before that with no issues). Last week after I took 5mg for the first time, I had bad side effects (diarrhea, nausea, soreness, leg tingling, etc) but figured it was normal with moving up a dose. Took it again on Wednesday night before bed and was horribly sick with the same symptoms all of Thursday and am still vomiting today (Friday). Here’s the problem - I’m supposed to leave for Oceania tomorrow for a nearly three week long vacation. I want to move back down to the 2.5mg because of all the issues I’m having, but my prescriber isn’t open on Fridays (and they have been completely unhelpful in the past anyways) and even if they were, my pharmacy often takes a few days for refills. So, dropping back down before I leave is out of the question. I really don’t want to take the 5mg dose on vacation because of how awful it’s been making me feel. Is it okay for me to take two doses off while I’m gone if I plan on dropping to the 2.5mg once I get back? I appreciate any feedback you all can provide! I’m really struggling with these symptoms and don’t know where to turn since I can’t get help from my prescriber!
