My FIIO DM13BT can’t read any CD

Hello everyone,

I acquired a FIMIO DM13BT last April.

Everything worked great.

Recently, he started bugging on some CDs. Basically, he read some tracks very badly, it jumped and everything.

I had then updated the player (Version 27). Nothing had changed.

FIIO had been unable to find a solution, apart from returning the product... which would have been long and expensive.

And for some time now, it’s even worse: no CD works anymore.

The player spends a lot of time trying to play the CD, then finally it displays « NO DISC ».

Could someone help me? Can we reset the player to factory settings?
