Engineering and Makeshift Armourer: the real transmog

I'd somehow specced into engineering and completely missed this perk. I'd been struggling with my drip and keeping good stats but once I took MA, what I wore didn't matter anymore in terms of pure damage mitigation. I can wear my first Earth Directorate armor set or nothing at all. So just a protip, spec into engineering and take that perk if you're into the aesthetics of your character.
