Sleep debt = new goal unlocked

With the new UI rollout, I’ve just noticed the sleep debt section. Thats something I never want to see with a number!! So far, so good. No sleep debt. Yet.

I thought sleep debt isn’t a thing? Like you can’t make up for lost sleep. So what’s the point of this new metric? Stress everyone out over it or encourage everyone to get better sleep?! 😆
