Meraki MX67 and Unifi VLAN Tagging causing issues with DHCP

Question

My company has been upgrading all our firewalls from Meraki MX64s to MX67s. We are encountering an issue with any of our clients who have more than one VLAN where DHCP is not handing out addresses over ports not tagged with the default VLAN. Previously, with the MX64 I could just set the upstream port from a unifi switch to a VLAN, and all devices connected to the downstream switch would get DHCP addresses on that VLAN. Now after the change, the only way I have had success is to set both the upstream and downstream connection port between switches to default, and set every single port on the downstream to the VLAN. Just yesterday I changed a client with a very simple setup (only 2 VLANs, one for the office and one for the camera system, and 2 Unifi 24-port switches on 7.2.123 firmware). What I want to happen is for only a handful of ports (all on the downstream switch) to be on the camera VLAN and the rest to be on the office VLAN. However no matter what I do, anything on the downstream switch will not get a DHCP address, unless I set the port VLAN to the default network. The switch itself gets DHCP, but anything connected to it does not which is an issue because some of the computers need to be on the same subnet as the static address of the fileserver. Anyone else encountering issues with DHCP and VLANs recently?
