Why can’t i tag something as “all day”?

Basically as title says, when adding ‘tags’ in the app, it’s really annoying to have to add a start and end time.

For example, if I’m sick, I just want to be able to select all day. Not have to select from 00.00-23.59.

And ironically, a lot of the preexisting tag categories, are things that would suit an “all day” categorization vs. time specific.
