Opinions?

Hi, 35 yo female. A few weeks ago I had an EMG performed on my arms and hands and it showed bilateral severe Carpal tunnel. My hands,thumb and particularly my pinky hurts so bad. It’s hard to type on my phone or do anything in general with my hands. Is this common for CTS? What can I do for the pain. The Dr Didn’t tell me anything he just diagnosed me and sent me on my way. Any suggestions?
