Help me pick a bike for my boyfriend

My boyfriend's birthday is coming up and I want to surprise him with a new hybrid bike since his was recently stolen. Retail prices are a bit out of my budget, so I've been shopping secondhand on FB marketplace. These are the ones that I've found so far:

Trek 7300 Aluminum 24 Speed Hybrid Bike w/ 20" frame - $280

Trek FX 7.1 Aluminum Hybrid Bike w/ 20" frame - $330

Fuji Absolute 2.1 w/ 19" frame - $250

All have been recently tuned with good condition parts.

For reference, he's 6"1 with relatively longer legs and he would be using the bike for a daily commute / errands, no crazy trails or paths. My main questions are: would a 19" frame be too small? And which one is the best bike at its cost?
