TWS upgrade from Jabra Elite 10 Gen 1

Hi, I'm looking for a new pair of TWS earbuds coming from Jabra Elite 10 Gen 1 (I lost them 😭 but I won't make the same mistake again I swear 🥲🥲) I use Samsung S23 Ultra but I'm open to trying any brand, in fact was looking into the APP3 but not sure if I'm missing out on too much functionality that the price doesn't make sense

Priority: Sound quality = Comfort (wearing for hours at a time) > ANC (I travel on planes quite frequently so ANC is important to me, but less so than the former 2) >> battery life = latency >>> anything else.

Of course durability and water resistance would be good but I don't really care for additional features like touch controls (in fact I hate accidentally adjusting stuff) but if it's well-implemented I guess I might be down to try it out. No budget, ask me further questions if need be
