Extremely flat (no sagging). 5'4" 116lb. Looking for inspiration photos. A few Qs and a recommendation.

1. What's the best place (no-spam, no popup ads) to look for inspiration photos, esp. if I hope to filter/search for before/after photos that are close to my situation? While I am not against high profile or very large breasts in other ladies, they are not my choosing and I hope my search can be efficient as I feel overwhelmed by all the photos in BustMob FB community.

2. How do you measure BWD when your breasts are extremely flat with very little tissue? If AA is the smallest, I'm barely that. I don't know where each breast starts and ends. I guess the surgeon will be measuring during consultation, but I hope to get my stats close so I can look for inspiration photos that apply to me.

3. If you had similar stats as me (started out lean and extremely flat breasts), and went for a natural/subtle/invisibly visible look, what is the brand, model, size, method (OTM?) you chose and are you happy or have suggestions?

I stumbled on the Plastic Surgery YT Channel and they have a whole series on breast implants from this year (very current). I found it extremely educations. Recommending to everyone who likes to learn.
