Oddly fitting PlayStation exclusive.

So I’m a big fan of imagining scenarios that would nearly never happen, and I realized something about that wonderful hardware they announced.

A few facts about the new hardware:

• The new steam controller maintains those beautiful touchpads from the steam deck -That same controller has tracking in vr with the Steam frame.

So, do you all know about Astrobot? About his very first game where he’s the main character?

It wasn’t the one on PS5 if that’s what you’re thinking of. It was a little game made for the PSVR called Astro Bot: Rescue Mission.

You play as… you, holding your controller. The goofy thing about this game is that it depends so much on the ability for your controller to interact with the world, it’s essentially incompatible with the psvr 2 or the dualsense. Meaning it’s pretty much locked to using ps4 backwards compatibility and the OG psvr.

But then I realized that it would be PERFECT on that new valve hardware.

Just a thought I wanted to share.
