lost a friend of 10 years 2 years ago do i reach out?

hi.. I've been really sad over a friendship that ended with my best friend of 10 years two years ago. I want to reach out, but not at the same time. our friendship ended very badly after a night on our spring break trip. I saw her and my then bf dancing together, and I flipped out and yelled at her and him because he had cheated before, and I left the trip. She and I talked the days following when i was flying home and she said she'd be in support with me and stick by me, (for clarification she stayed on the vacation with my bfs friends, bf, and one of my bfs friends gf at the time) all of a sudden, randomly a few days later, she sends me a text that briefly says: that i was a terrible friend and a liar and treated my ex bf like shit and that she would be moving out of shared apartment, mind you we had talked about it before i received this text and she said that it was nothing and that she was sorry. Every day I feel sad because she's not in my life, and I want to reach out, but I don't know how to or if I even should. She was my best friend and left me at my lowest.
