This is my second bad experience with them. First time, they put my package in front of my neighbour's door, in an apartment building, and it was stolen. Idk how their delivery drivers can't read an address properly....they made the delivery driver come back, and we figured out he left it in front of the wrong door by the pictures. I contacted police about it, but nothing was done. Neighbour was asked about it, and they said no, they did not have it. So either the neighbour took it like a slimy thief AND lied about it, or someone else stole it from in front of her door.

This second time, they informed me that they've lost my package! They claim that the driver tried to deliver it on a Tuesday, which I very much have doubts about, as I was home all day and night....never buzzed my unit, never called....apparently "couldn't" get into the building, even though they never tried, let's be honest. It's now Friday, only two days later, and apparently, they've lost it and can't locate it?

This company is absolute garbage. GARBAGE. After the first time, I complained and asked for my deliveries to be sent through another company, any other please, and they still sent it through Apple Express. Never any other problems with Fedex, UPS, etc.....but Apple Express is a nightmare.

On top of it, their customer support is also ridiculous! You ask to speak to a manager, and they just give you the run around. You tell them to contact the supervisor of the delivery driver, and they say they will, but I have no faith they will actually do their jobs

Beware of Apple Express
