Do i(f25) and my fiancé(m28) should get married before having a baby?

We have been together for almost 5 years. We moved to a new home and he proposed about 6 months ago. Now I’m 7 weeks pregnant. We wonder if we should rush to get married or wait till the baby arrives. Both of us have some drama in our family lives right now, so that makes the whole thing anxious. (But also, I personally have some insecurities about giving birth not married due to past family traumas). Those two things makes me feel conflicted… So, should we rush to get married just for the formalities or should we relax, wait for the baby and have our weeding 1-3 years later?
