Theft deterrent system 2014 system.

Hey everyone I've owned my 2014 for about 3 years now and only just recently have i started to have this issue. So when I go to start the truck with the key sometimes I wont start and it will come up on the screen theft deterrent etc then if I try it again it will start it but with the light on for that then if I shut it off again it starts normally with no light. I've done alot of work to this truck from a new trans to new fuel pump internal in engine and above the tank and battery etc and so on I have 2 keys it does it with both. I was wondering if anyone had any insights Thank you everyone
