Induction set for 41 weeks and 2 days…

I’m 40 weeks today and no signs of labor starting. I’ve been doing all the things people say will help start it naturally but regardless, I was delivered a week late and had to be induced, and my sister was delivered 2 weeks late and actually pooped in my mom. So I have a feeling my baby will also not come this week naturally, though my doctor is hoping.

I’m worried now about going over my due date. My baby is predicted “average” weight. I have been low risk my whole pregnancy so I haven’t had an ultrasound since 18 weeks. They set up a “stress test” for 40 weeks and 6 days just to listen to her heart beat.

If you went past 41 weeks and had a healthy baby and good induction, please share with me your positive story. I’m trying to stay positive and “go with the flow” but am feeling negative and down today.
