Nic Claxton:
“News: 3 days ago Claxton recorded 21 points (8-14 FG, 5-5 FT), eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks across 35 minutes in Tuesday's loss to the Raptors.
Spin: The Nets came up short once again and fell to 1-10 on the season, but Claxton continues to be one of the team's few bright spots. The 21-point output was a season-high mark for the big man, who also ended just two boards shy of recording what would've been his third double-double of the campaign. Claxton also posted at least two tallies in each of the five major categories for the first time this season, giving fantasy managers a glimpse of the kind of impact he can have when he's clicking on both ends of the court.” (espn.com)

Stephon Castle
“News: 1 day agoCastle had 23 points (9-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 5-7 FT), 10 rebounds and 10 assists across 31 minutes during Wednesday's 125-120 loss to the Warriors.
Spin: Castle extended his hot streak with the first triple-double of his career in Wednesday's loss. He's now recorded four straight games with a double-double or triple-double. Victor Wembanyama is the undisputed go-to option on offense for the Spurs, but Castle has been doing a good job to potentially become the No. 2 alternative ahead of De'Aaron Fox with his recent play. Castle, who was named the Rookie of the Year in the 2024-25 campaign, is averaging 19.0 points, 6.2 rebounds and 10.0 assists per game during this prolific four-game stretch.” (espn.com)

Deni Avdija
“News: 1 day agoAvdija contributed 32 points (12-18 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-5 FT), one rebound, two assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 125-117 win over New Orleans.
Spin: Even though Shaedon Sharpe led the way for the Trail Blazers with 35 points, there's no question that Avdija's performance was worth highlighting as well -- even if he didn't do much outside of scoring. Avdija has scored at least 20 points in all but one game this season, but has leaped into a new level of late, surpassing the 30-point mark in three of his last five appearances. Avdija is averaging an impressive 30.2 points per game since the beginning of November.” (espn.com)

Shaedon Sharpe
“News: 1 day agoSharpe recorded 35 points (13-18 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 7-7 FT), five rebounds, three assists and two steals over 30 minutes during Wednesday's 125-117 victory over the Pelicans.
Spin: Sharpe delivered his best game of the season when the Trail Blazers needed him the most, as Portland needed every bit of his 35 points to secure the win against New Orleans. Sharpe has posted back-to-back games with at least 30 points for the first time this season and has surpassed the 20-point mark in four of his last five games. He's averaging a robust 25.6 points per contest since the beginning of November.” (espn.com)
