Strong legs + Small Waist = nothing fits. How do you shop clothes without losing your mind?

Been lifting for a few years now. Nothing crazy, but enough to build a frame that apparently doesn’t exist in most size charts. Thicker legs and glutes, broader shoulders, normal waist. You’d think that sounds good—but shopping for clothes? It’s a mess.

Pants that fit my thighs look like parachutes at the waist. Shirts that fit my chest end up sloppy around the stomach. Online shopping makes it worse. Models never look like me, and reviews rarely help. Half the time I’m returning stuff just feeling like I wasted another weekend trying.

Is there anything out there that helps guys with athletic builds actually visualize what clothes look like on them before buying? Not looking for a personal stylist—just a way to see fits on guys with similar proportions.

If you've figured this out, I’d seriously love to hear what worked. Are there specific creators, subreddits, brands, tools—anything—that actually helped?
