Chances of Visitor Visa Approval for My 17-Year-Old Niece Visiting Canada?

My Niece, who is 17 years of age is planning to visit me here next summer from India for2 or 3 weeks. She would be done with her 12th grade and hopefully would've got into a law school(or at least would be in the process) by the time she visits us. My Wife and I are both Canadian citizens with stable Gov jobs and we would be sponsoring her stay here .

What are her chances of getting the visa approved? Would her age be a factor?

She has strong ties to India—her parents live there, both are employed, and all her immediate family and long-term commitments are in India.
