AITA for refusing to change how I (23F) joke with my friends for my partner (20F)?

So to begin with, we've been dating for a few months and met online, she is wonderful, she is really funny and smart and I really like hanging out with her, she has really good communication when it comes to things that bother her and I do my best to listen to her and try to make things better for the two of us.

This problem appeared when I introduced her to my friends, she really liked them and thought they were funny, cool people, however she did tell me she felt uncomfortable by the way I joke with them. Me and my friends tend to joke a ton about sexual stuff with each other, pretty much sort of "male humor", we talk a lot about f**king each other or kissing each other or other flirty stuff like that, but its more in line with the fact that we wouldn't do that and its meant to shock each other.

I totally understand why this made her uncomfortable, but It is the way I joke with people and I don't like the idea of changing how I behave for someone elses comfort, specially not for my gf since I feel like I gotta be myself 100% in front of her at all times in order to be truly comfortable and have a healthy relationship, and that includes my friends and sense of humor.

We talked about this and I told her I wasn't going to change this, that I understood relationships were about compromise but that I wouldn't compromise in how I interact with my friends since I just didn't see it as doing anything wrong, specially since I know that we are all doing it in good fun. She understood this and we agreed that when she got uncomfortable, she would make a sign for me and I'll be able to comfort her with affection and kisses, since we both are very affectionate people, and I thought this was a good solution since it focused more on us as a couple than on me and my friends.

We've been doing pretty good since then, however recently, I told her about a time I stuck my finger in a friends mouth as a joke and he, as a way to make fun of me, just sucked my finger, it was pretty gross and we both burst out laughing, when I told her she went quiet, and when I asked her what was wrong, she told me she was uncomfortable with that and that she felt like that physicality was a step a bit too far, I assured her once again that it wasn't anything sexual or romantic in the slightest but she still felt uncomfortable with the whole situation, specially since in her words, she doesn't have any friendships that have that kind of interaction.

I genuinely think I'm not doing anything wrong and that this problem lies more on jealousy issues that she needs to resolve, specially when I don't see anything I do as remotely harmful. Am I wrong to feel this way and should I be more open to changing for my partner in this situation? or is it something more that she needs to change?
