Looking for anecdotes re: switch from Nexplanon to Kyleena Zzz

Hi all. I’m a first-time mom who recently had a baby and is looking for a long-term(ish) birth control method. Since I am breastfeeding, I am looking for a low-dose method with progesterone only. In the past, I have used Nexplanon and I loved it but it caused me to gain 50 pounds in 3 years. I have now lost all those pounds and would prefer to keep it that way. I am scheduled to get Kyleena next week but would like to hear experiences of gaining weight on Nexplanon then switching to Kyleena. How was the Kyleena experience different for you?
