Has the odds for Recombs changed this league?

I know this is probably just bad RNG but I'm having a lot of trouble ladder crafting a shield. I understand the various updates they did last league on exclusive mods etc... but is the percentages from this post still accurate? Cuz I've been wayyyyyyy below 33% smashing 1p and 1p together. And I've lost track of the number of 2p 2p that I've failed on.
