How do good looking men avoid friends/aquaintances who gaslight you and make you feel insecure in jealousy?

Like I have been too innocent for all my teen and my early 20s. Most of my friends, even childhood friends used to get jealous over looks and used to play low level tactics/cowardice to harm me physically, making me insecure over some minor weakness or creating one, cockblocking, sabotaging my relationships with some actual good friends, distracting me from studies etc. Later I realised they have been jealous all their life of me like when I was them they had insecurity as I would get major female attention, they would get none. I slowly moved away and got isolated. Felt like every men was there to harm me and didnt have good intentions. Now I try to only interact with those men who are more good looking and actually feel confident and secure in their life. What do you guys do?
