Need advice on bottleneck from my old cpu

I'm currently planning to upgrade from a GTX 1650 to an RTX 5060. I currently have an i5-10400F, and if I'm not mistaken that should bottleneck my gpu. And my motherboard is a Gigabyte B560M DS3H V2 which in theory does not support the latest cpu's.

So then my question is: is it true my current cpu will bottleneck the 5060 and how much? And if it is like that, what should I get?
