Need some encouragement

I’m struggling so bad right now. I’ve been on sertraline before and it worked so I’m holding out hope. Anxiety and depression is so debilitating for me right now. I haven’t worked in almost a month, was approved for short term disability but only through Nov 23rd and idk if I’ll even be better by then. I’m barely eating and throwing up every single morning (usually bile) 25mg and I believe today is my 16th day on Zoloft. Someone please tell me I’ll be better soon.
