Should I be concerned about my bed mesh results?

So I've owned my Qidi Q2 for about 3 weeks now. I've been printing away without any calibration or tuning and finally had a failure when something tall was placed on the back right corner of the printing area. Yesterday I decided to follow the (very vague) instructions on the Qidi wiki for leveling the bed using the STL files provided on the printer. After running through the process, I ran the bed mesh calibration and got the results shown in the picture. Is the unevenness something I should be concerned about? I come from an Ender 3 Pro V2 with no form of automatic bed leveling, so the whole concept is still fairly new to me.
