hemorrhagic stroke 36 y/o

We had a really good friend recently have a major stroke. He is currently in icu in a coma and the doctor isn’t being very optimistic because of the bleeding and damage. I was hoping to hear some miracle stories to share with his family to give some sort of hope if there is any hope.
