Yashica mat 124 fungus/musty smell remediation

hello I just received a yashica mat 124 tlr camera off eBay and found it has fungus on the lens and a noticeable musty smell. I cleaned all the surfaces with cotton swabs and isopropyl alcohol to get rid of the dust/dirt/deteriorating light seals. The exterior of the body and lens is now much better looking than before. I intend to remove the rear element and clean the inside of the lens with hydrogen peroxide for the remaining visible fungus. My main concern now is treating the musty smell which may be indicative of mold spores.

What strategies are available for “fumigating” live fungus without disassembly and contact with interior surfaces? as I said the lens will be able to be cleaned with minimal invasiveness so I’d like to not disassemble more than necessary…
