Looking for work experience

Hey! I'm an apprentice butcher from Ireland and have a mix of training in some traditional and some more artisan/ supermarket butchery and meat cutting. I'm doing well but after this apprenticeship ends I would be interested in trying maybe a week or a few days abroad or in Ireland in another shop to gain some experience. Just for my own interest really. I'm hard working and will honestly do whatever if I learn something new.

I dont know if this is possible or how it works, maybe insurance is an issue? But unfortunately I cant do an official erasmus. Id do it unpaid too cause id be on annual leave. If anyone thinks they could slot me in, lemme know.
