Why do I feel like I'm not doing much? [N/A]

I recently got an internship at an automotive firm as an HR intern. I only work about 5 hours a day M-F but I've had an issue with it... I feel like i'm doing nothing. I finish my work given to me in the first 2 hours then I sit in my cubicle for the rest of the day. I just am used to working in retail and food my whole life that this slowness feels like I should be picking up a mop or something lmao. I just want to know if this is HR issue or if this is me being an intern.
