Anything I can do to help performace?

Hey! so let's keep it brief

I've got an SUPRIM RTX 3070, a Ryzen 7 5800x, 32GB of GDDR4 ram (clocked at 3000mhz) and a Corsair CX 750w PSU. I'm struggling with my frametimes in cs2 and I'm not sure on what to do.. is it cs2 being badly optimised or my PC? I'm clueless!
