I would like to write a book but I don't know what people like. If I were to write a book what elements/plot twists/storylines/ideas would you like seen written?

So I've been wanting to try my hand at writing a book but I would like to make it unique and have less predictable plots and storylines like some books have. Technically what do the readers want to read that is compelling and entertaining for them. I was wondering if anyone would like to give me ideas to put into a book that you'd like to see. If it helps to know what my likes and interests are, a few books I love are the 86 light novels, A Tempest of Tea, Hunting Jack the Ripper, A twisted Tale series, The Revolution of Ivy and movie/series I love are Violet Evergarden, My Hero Academia, Bungo Stray Dogs, Dr. Stone, Snow White With The Red Hair, Yona of the Dawn, Arcane, The Hunger Games, Robin Hood (2018), and the Prince of Egypt.
