For those who struggle with online forms

I want to create a solution for people who don't like using online forms. With forms, messages sometimes don't go through, they often crash and not all forms have the confirmation option sent back to your email for safekeeping. This solution would be for an interface with your email software where you could copy & paste in the url of the online form and a replica of the form with all its fields would appear in your email message WITHOUT revealing the recipient's email address - hidden like in all online forms. This would allow a 'sent' option in your email with all the data that forms do not allow.
