Man in clown mask walking with large (hopefully BB?) gun on the trail this morning. Apparently he’s been seen a few times…How do we get him help before it’s too late?

The tip of his gun was not orange, so I’m praying he’s just an idiot who spray painted the gun and it wasn’t a real gun. I honestly have no idea. Either way, it was a large gun and absolutely terrifying. He was walking the trail around 9am this morning. I called 911.
Apparently he’s done this before? How do we get this man help? Or honestly arrested. Clearly something is wrong with him if he just does this for “fun.” Is there a way for me to see if he was arrested today? What can I do to help make sure we stop this guy before it’s too late and he snaps….
