Routing Rules on UNIFI 9.5.21 EFG

I wanted to create a rule that routes the internet traffic from my computer (192.168.90.201) to a specific domain through a VPN (WireGuard) that’s active on my EFG. I managed to route all internet traffic from an entire network through the VPN, but I can’t figure out how to create a rule that applies only to a single IP or a specific domain. I’ve read some documentation, and it seems that this might only be possible via SSH and not through the UI. It feels strange because the configuration fields are there, but in the end the traffic doesn’t get routed through the CDN — it still goes through the standard connection.
