pregnancy ?

Hi, I’m 18F, 4 months PP. I have the kyleena IUD, me and my husband have sex a lot and have not been pulling out, he feels my strings, I haven’t. He says it always feels the same length. I work at a food place and stand for hours, I had a frozen lemonade which I didn’t know had ice cream, and last time the dairy from the store made me have severe diarrhea, i clock back in and feel nauseous, bloated and dizzy, the dizziness could be from standing too long but, I’m not sure, I have been bleeding not to the point you an consider a period and it has been red as well also smells like blood? Has been going on for a week, IF i take a pregnancy test with holding my 2 hour pee will it show up as positive if I’m pregnant, I did have my period Oct 15, and the 22? It’s so weird I don’t know.
