Can't figure out what's best for me

Discussion

Hey all. I know these posts are everywhere but I figured I've give it a shot since I'm looking for an upgrade, and doing a bunch of research still leaves me at the point of where I don't know what to get.

I currently have a 27" IPS panel that has pretty bad backlight bleed. It's old, and I know this is a pretty common issue.

I'd like to upgrade with these things in mind:
2560x1440p resolution
I don't need super high refresh rate, my current is 180hz so anything around that is fine
Probably still 27" since I have a dual monitor setup for work and this works well
Not really sold on curved, I have a dual-monitor arm setup so one curved and one not seems weird?
OLED vs. IPS vs. etc? As long as the gaming is good I don't really have a preference, I know price is the biggest factor. I do work from home and use my main monitor for teams/email/etc so I don't know if burn-in is a problem still or if the tech has caught up to that yet
Price: Probably $800 or under

Some that I've looked at have been:

Acer Predator X27U
AOC AG276QZD2
ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMG
Xiaomi G Pro 27i (I actually bought and returned this 2 times because both had dead pixels I couldn't fix)
