Issues with Brown Resending LOR Requests

One of my recommenders is having difficulty locating the email requesting the letter of recommendation for Brown neuroscience and asked if I could resend the request. However, when I log in to the application portal, I do not see an option to do so.

Am I looking in the right place, and is it possible for me to resend a letter of recommendation request? Other portals seem to have an accessible option but as far as I can tell Brown's isn't anywhere.
