I got Banned for 0.01$ transactions

You see I just made my PayPal account last October 25, so I'm pretty new, I made it for REMOTASKS to receive payments, so on October 26 it got sent to my PayPal account, you see Remotasks do weekly payout and I have not yet received any task so the balance is only 0.01$ after finishing their training course, now PayPal branded the transaction as high-risked and ban me, I already gave documentation but the verdict was still ban.

What should I do?
