Beginner's guide to sidebar

Hello!

TLDR: Create beginner's guide and put it to sidebar so new guys don't have to look far and old guys don't have to see recurring posts.

I just started my first tank, made a post, got suggestions, got post removed for low effort. I'm still super thankful for the advice I got - got me in the right direction I feel.

But I'm not alone - I see a lot of complaint that "newbies ask simple questions". Honestly... it takes time to start with anything when you know nothing about it at first. And as long-time experts... it should be simple for you guys to put together a guide.

SUGGESTION: Create beginner's guide and fill it with links to good stuff and put it to the sidebar. So anyone new can get going and no need to ask questions over and over. And yes.. there are youtube videos, but to shift through what is good and what is not... I wouldn't really know what is. And what is missing from there or not...
