I desperately want them back

My situation is complicated, I got broken up with a month ago and we tried to stay pretty close but just a few days ago we decided to go no contact for a short period of time. Going no contact has made me realize that I really want them back. We broke up because my partner was not mentally stable enough for a relationship and I wasnt giving them enough support emotionally, and I was very emotionally unavailable. We were together for like almost 2 years, I have began working on myself. I made new friends I am working with a therapist on being more emotionally available. I feel so lost because I deep down know the chances of them taking me back in the future are so slim, I'm not necessarily looking for guidance but I just wanted to share my story.
