Flare ups exist.

I have seen, several times in this group, ppl saying flare-ups don't exist. I'm here to tell you that for some ppl, they very much exist. And triggers are different for each person.

My trigger...stress and pushing myself too hard.

I will give you my most recent example. I had a hard week last week. From having to travel in a car for many hours to help a friend, running around non-stop once I arrived, helping her get set up, and then driving many hours back home. Taking care of my 84 yr old mother and dealing with back to back appts. I finished the last appt and my body was done.

The next 4 days, I was in total flare-up. Joints were throbbing. I was exhausted to the point that I slept day and night for the entire 4 days. I barely even woke up long enough to eat a proper meal because I was literally falling over from exhaustion. Finally, I woke up this morning feeling better and not falling over exhausted.

Flare-ups are very real for some...even most....don't discount other ppls experience.
