iPhone 16 pro stutter

Since I bought it on august I’ve hard a stutter problem when I scroll (like a frame loss that lasts ah istant) I sent it the phone to apple two times and they said they changed the screen both times. Since I updated to iOS 26.1 the problem seems to be less noticeable. But I’m trying to understand if anyone else is having the same problem
